Dry Brush Beauty Benefits
I have incorporated dry brushing regularly into my daily routine on and off for years. Dry brushing has lots of health and beauty benefits that I believe in from detoxifying, improving circulation, to exfoliating dead skin cells. I love the sensation and find it energizing in the morning.
Dry brushing your skin is easy. First, be sure you choose is a soft brush with natural bristles so it doesn’t scratch or damage your skin. A brush with a long handle helps to reach your back or there are hand held versions available too. Start at your feet and work your way up, brushing in a small circular motion toward your heart. Keep that direction in mind for the whole process and move from your hands up your arms too. It is a completely natural and chemical-free beauty ritual that you can add into your daily routine before you take your shower. Taking a little time for yourself feels so good.
